I was particularly impressed by the staff, especially Zaher, who not only helped me navigate the local transport options but also assisted in recovering my lost bracelet, demonstrating their genuine care. the hotel's prime location, with easy access to the Haram and stunning views of the Clock Tower, made my experience all the more memorable.
